Our Mission Statement

We believe that all children are unique and have the capacity to learn. Therefore, our mission is:                                                           

• to provide a quality standards driven school for grades K through six.

• to provide a safe, caring environment.

• to develop literate, responsible citizens with independent thinking skills who are able to positively contribute to the community.

• to show a commitment of partnership, where by the school, family, and community act in collaboration together to support all students' learning.

• to offer various programs to meet individual needs, and provide challenge so students have the opportunity to develop their fullest potential.

Our school will have a safe, clean, and  structurally sound facility to fit the growth of our community.

Our curriculum will be standards based that is engaging and motivating for all students. There will be enough books and supplies that are current and appropriate.

Instruction will be differentiated to meet the needs of all students' learning styles and modalities.

Assessment will be on going and used to drive instruction.

All staff will be highly qualified according to the No Child Left Behind Act.  All staff will be enthusiastic and positive role models for all students.

All community members will be accepted, welcomed, and encouraged to participate in school functions.  Our school will seek community members with specific areas of expertise to provide enrichment for all.
